• Netizens Raises Eyebrows On How Differently Korean Media Handled Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki's Dating News

After hearing the latest news about Song Joong Ki dating, a lot of netizens have been looking at how Korean journalists have written about Song Joong Ki dating and Song Hye Kyo dating.

One Netizen pointed out that the articles that journalists wrote about Song Hye Kyo's relationships had a negative tone, making the actress seem like a bad person.

This is very different from the way reporters are writing about Song Joong Ki's new girlfriend, who they seem to like a lot.

Translation: "Song Joong Ki is seeing a beautiful British woman ,"Good relationship continues'"
"Why wasn't Song Hye Kyo enough?" Another Song Joong Ki dating rumor

"Was Song Joong Ki not enough?" Song Hye Kyo was rumored to be dating in her 40s.

The netizen wrote a post in a popular online community about how Song Hye Kyo's name is smeared because of dating rumors, even though there are a lot more dating rumors about male celebrities than there are about her.

The person who made the post also said that Song Joong Ki is getting support for dating a non-Korean woman, but if a female Korean celebrity, like BLACKPINK's Jennie, dated a non-Korean man, she would get so much criticism.

Other Netizens agreed with the first post and said:

"Can you imagine how much Song Hye Kyo would have been slandered if she had shown up at the airport with a foreign man?"

"People making fun of Song Hye Kyo for being a man-crazy woman is silly to me because men probably don't even leave her alone. How does she look? Song Hye Kyo didn't force those men to go out with her. I think it would be strange if two famous people who look good and have worked together for months don't date each other."

"I agree, negative reactions occur to female celebrities more than male celebrities."

"There are a lot of mean things said about Song Hye Kyo."

"It's because the news that Song Hye Kyo was dating got more attention."

  • Jannabi's Choi Jung Hoon writes heartfelt letter to aespa's Karina after 4-hour recording session for their collab

Jannabi recently shared behind-the-scenes stories about their new music, including their collaboration with aespa’s Karina.

On May 13, the band appeared as guests on the SBS Power FM 'Escape from Two O'Clock Cultwo Show' where Choi Jung Hoon and Kim Do Hyung opened up about their latest work.

Jannabi released their highly anticipated fourth full album Sound of Music pt.1 on April 28, and the title track "In the Name of Love!" featuring Karina quickly captured attention.

Choi Jung Hoon explained that the inspiration for the song came from his love for anime, particularly Sailor Moon.

He shared a humorous story, saying, "I came up with the title first, and in Sailor Moon, there's a line that says, 'In the name of justice, I won't forgive you.' But I mistakenly thought it said, 'In the name of love,'" which made everyone laugh during the interview.

When asked about his personal connection with Karina, Choi Jung Hoon revealed, “The song had a bright, mysterious feeling, and I wanted to make sure listeners felt the same emotion we had while making it.”

He also shared that he felt Karina was the perfect fit for the song, saying, "There’s a word ‘truth’ in the lyrics, and I thought if I sang it, it might sound too heavy. I wanted someone to bring brightness to it, and Karina immediately came to mind."

Choi Jung Hoon further explained, "The moment she sang that part in the recording studio, I knew the song was complete. I was so moved, I wrote her a letter."

Kim Do Hyung also spoke about the recording process, sharing, "It took about 3-4 hours, but Karina didn’t get tired at all. Her passion really impressed us."

Their collaboration is already making waves, and fans are excited to see what Jannabi and Karina bring next!
