TWICE’s Nayeon brought bright energy to Jamsil Baseball Stadium as she threw the ceremonial first pitch for the LG Twins.

On July 4, Nayeon appeared at the 2026 Shinhan SOL KBO League game between the LG Twins and the Hanwha Eagles at Seoul Jamsil Baseball Stadium.

Wearing denim with an LG Twins jersey, Nayeon looked excited as she prepared for the pitch. Before stepping onto the field, she was seen practicing her throwing motion while walking, making fans cheer.

After being introduced to the crowd, Nayeon said, “I am happy to throw the first pitch at Jamsil Baseball Stadium again after a long time.” She added, “Although the weather is hot, I hope all the players stay healthy and play a good game.”

She also showed support for the home team, saying, “I will cheer for the LG Twins to win today.”

Nayeon then completed the first pitch with a clean windup and high kick, receiving loud cheers from fans. This marked her third time throwing the first pitch at an LG Twins home game, following 2016 and 2018.

After the pitch, Nayeon enjoyed the game from the stands. She was seen eating chicken, reacting happily when beer arrived, and dancing along when cheerleaders performed to a TWICE song during the inning break.

The day also became historic for the LG Twins. Jamsil Baseball Stadium recorded its 35th sellout of the season, while the LG Twins became the first KBO League team to surpass 1 million home spectators in the fewest games ever, reaching the mark in 43 games.

The LG Twins also defeated the Hanwha Eagles 5 to 3, making Nayeon a “victory fairy” for the team.

Nayeon’s cheerful first pitch added more excitement to a meaningful day for LG Twins fans and KBO history.
