The person who accused actress Song Ha Yoon of school violence has spoken up about the rumors claiming they were placed on a wanted list.

On September 5, SBS’s investigative program Unanswered Questions Y (episode 747) aired a feature on Song Ha Yoon’s ongoing school violence controversy.

The accuser, who recently returned to Korea on August 24 after 20 years abroad, shared their frustration. “I came from the U.S., and I got a text saying I was registered on a wanted list for not cooperating with the investigation. I was so dumbfounded,” they said.

They continued, “Even though she was the perpetrator, in order to return to the entertainment industry, they framed me as if I were a wanted criminal. But it wasn’t an actual wanted order — it was just a notification to check the investigation process.”

Meanwhile, Song Ha Yoon rose to fame for her praised villain role in tvN’s Marry My Husband, which ended in February last year. However, just two months later in April, she faced allegations of school violence.

A man identified as Mr. Oh, who claimed to be Song Ha Yoon’s junior in high school, alleged on JTBC’s Case Chief that she assaulted him back in August 2004.

According to his testimony, while he was a second-year student in Seocho District, he was beaten for an hour and a half by Song Ha Yoon, then a third-year, without knowing the reason.

He further claimed that Song Ha Yoon was later forced to transfer after another group assault incident. The controversy continues to draw public attention as both sides share their statements.
