SBS variety show Whenever Possible Season 5 has reached its highest ratings of the season, while Hyun Bin and Woo Do Hwan are already drawing attention as the next guests.

According to Nielsen Korea, the August 25 episode recorded a peak rating of 6.2%, with an average household rating of 4.2% and a 1.6% rating among viewers aged 20 to 49. The household figure ranked first in its time slot across variety shows, dramas, and current affairs programs.

The episode featured hosts Yoo Jae Suk and Yoo Yeon Seok alongside guests Cha Tae Hyun and Jin Ki Joo in Seoul’s Gwangjin District.

Cha Tae Hyun brought his familiar playful energy to the show and joked that the production team had described him as a lucky charm for Whenever Possible. He said, “When they called me, the producer said I was like a lucky charm for the show.”

His casual teasing also led to several funny exchanges with Yoo Jae Suk. When Yoo Yeon Seok praised both of them for their comedy skills, Cha Tae Hyun joked, “You can’t compare us. He just does whatever he wants, while I analyze things systematically.” Yoo Jae Suk quickly responded by questioning whether the opposite was actually true.

The group later took part in the show’s signature games with local participants, with several successful challenges helping keep the episode upbeat and competitive.

More attention, however, turned to the preview for the next episode, which confirmed appearances by Hyun Bin and Woo Do Hwan.
