Ahn Bo Hyun’s "Flex X Cop 2" jumps to 7.6% peak as Jin Yi Soo clears his name

Ahn Bo Hyun’s Flex X Cop 2 continued its strong run as Episode 11 reached a peak rating of 7.6% while delivering a major turning point for Jin Yi Soo.

According to Nielsen Korea, the September 11 episode recorded a nationwide household rating of 6.4% and 6.7% in the Seoul metropolitan area. The episode’s highest moment climbed to 7.6%, while its peak rating among viewers aged 20 to 49 reached 2.7%.

Episode 11 centered on Jin Yi Soo, played by Ahn Bo Hyun, facing one of his biggest crises after evidence made him appear responsible for the death of his friend Kim Young Hwan.

The situation became even more serious after drugs were detected in Yi Soo’s system and authorities obtained a recorded call in which his voice appeared to say, *“I killed someone.”* With the case receiving widespread attention, the wealthy detective suddenly found himself treated as a murder suspect.

Yoo Seung Ho’s character Yoo Sung Won also intensified the pressure by visiting Yi Soo while he was being detained. He attempted to make Yi Soo question his own memories and actions, pushing the usually confident detective into an unfamiliar state of self doubt.

However, Joo Hye Ra, played by Jung Eun Chae, and the Violent Crimes Unit continued to believe in Yi Soo’s innocence.

Their investigation gradually uncovered evidence suggesting that someone had deliberately created the circumstances surrounding the case. The team challenged the evidence against Yi Soo one piece at a time, including the drugs found in his body and the suspicious confession call.

Without revealing too much, their efforts ultimately helped clear Yi Soo of the drug and murder accusations, allowing him to regain his freedom and return to the investigation.

The episode also kept the larger mystery moving forward, with the team beginning to pursue another person connected to the setup while questions surrounding Yoo Sung Won continued to grow.

With Episode 11 reaching a 7.6% peak rating and Jin Yi Soo overcoming one of his most dangerous situations yet, *Flex X Cop 2* is building momentum as it moves closer to its finale.
