• Rising star Ha Young shocks fans by showing her messy tiny apartment life — what she does next surprises everyone

Rookie actress Ha Young, known for her breakout role in the hit drama The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call, is making headlines again — but this time, it's not for acting. On the May 16 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s Shin Sang Chul Si Pyeon Store (Pyeon Store), Ha Young opened the doors to her tiny, lived-in studio apartment and gave viewers a glimpse into her real-life personality.

The show kicked off with a VCR that looked more like a hidden camera scene. Viewers were greeted by a cluttered room packed with belongings — and Ha Young asleep in the middle of it all on the floor. When she suddenly woke up and noticed the camera, she gasped, “Oh my, what do I do?” before laughing and greeting everyone with a bright “Hello.” Even half-asleep, her natural beauty stood out, and her reaction had viewers smiling right away.

Ha Young revealed that she recently moved out of her family home, where she lived with her parents, older sister, brother-in-law, and niece. “I started living alone to focus more on acting practice,” she explained. “I haven’t been here long, so I haven’t finished unpacking. Please don’t misunderstand!” she added with a cheerful laugh.

Despite the small space — just 10 pyeong (around 35 square meters) — her energy filled the room. She showed off her easygoing and fun personality as she danced excitedly after finishing her food. Her loud reactions and bubbly charm had the production staff cracking up. In no time, she was sharing her homemade food with the staff, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere.

But the biggest surprise? Ha Young’s cooking skills. She didn’t just boil ramen — she added her own unique twists and even made fresh kimchi from scratch. Her passion for food and creative recipes impressed the Pyeon Store cast so much that they began taking notes. Celebrity chef Lee Yeon Bok couldn’t hide his praise, saying, “She’s the real deal. A treasure has arrived at Pyeon Store.”

From chaotic mornings to cheerful meals, Ha Young’s first appearance on a variety show was full of relatable moments, big laughs, and surprising talent.

Fans are now looking forward to seeing even more of her real-life charm beyond the screen.

  • BTS Jin says he was nervous filming with Shin Se Kyung but their chemistry in the MV tells a different story

BTS member Jin is finally back, and fans can’t stop talking about his new music video.

On May 16, Jin dropped his second mini album Echo, and the title track “Don’t Say You Love Me” is already making waves — especially because of the emotional scenes with actress Shin Se Kyung.

The MV is shot like a drama, showing powerful yet soft acting between Jin and Shin Se Kyung. Their natural eye contact, emotional scenes, and quiet chemistry have left fans saying, “Are they a real couple?” and “Please cast them in a real drama next time!”

But while their chemistry looked perfect on screen, Jin revealed that he was actually super nervous behind the scenes.

In a recent interview, Jin shared, “It was my first time acting with a professional actress, so I was really awkward and clumsy. I was so nervous that things didn’t go as I imagined.”

Still, he praised Shin Se Kyung for helping him through the scenes. “I was very thankful to Shin Se Kyung for her passionate acting. If you look closely, you might catch me looking awkward,” he said, laughing.

Jin also shared a funny moment during filming: “There was one scene in a parking lot, and the wind was blowing like crazy. My hair kept flying everywhere, and I couldn’t act properly. We ended up changing my hairstyle to finish filming.”

His new album Echo tells honest stories about love, friendship, choices, and emotions we feel in everyday life. Fans are touched by how personal and heartfelt Jin’s songs and acting are in this comeback.
