EXID’s Hani, who now promotes as actress Ahn Hee Yeon, has signed with a new agency as she continues building her acting career.
On October 16, Nexus E&M announced that it had signed an exclusive contract with Ahn Hee Yeon.
The agency stated, *“We are happy to be working with actress Ahn Hee Yeon, who has many different charms. As an actress with solid skills and her own unique color, we will actively support her so she can fully show her abilities.”*
The company also released new profile photos showing Ahn Hee Yeon with a more mature and understated image, signaling the start of her next career chapter.
After debuting as a member of EXID, Ahn Hee Yeon gradually expanded into acting and has appeared in projects including *XX*, *You Raise Me Up*, *Fanta G Spot*, *Call It Love*, *Run Off*, and *Young Adult Matters*.
She is currently starring as Han Gyu Rim in the KBS2 weekend drama *Love Is Coming*. The series has been recording ratings above 16%, while Ahn Hee Yeon has continued to receive attention for her performance in the lead role.
Her move to Nexus E&M places her alongside actors including Song Ji Hyo, Soo Ae, Lee Sun Bin, Jung Yoo Jin, Lee Ho Won, Oh Kyung Hwa, Park Jeong Hwa, and Hwang In Sik.
With a new management company and an ongoing lead drama role, Ahn Hee Yeon is entering a new stage of her career with a stronger focus on acting.
