Girls’ Generation member and actress Yuri found herself in a funny debate after a loud snoring sound was heard during her appearance on MBC’s I Live Alone.
On the August 21 episode, Yuri was shown enjoying a relaxed stay in Jeju Island. After an early-morning yoga session with a friend, she rested inside her friend’s camper van.
While she was sleeping, a loud snoring sound could be heard in the footage, immediately surprising the cast members watching in the studio.
They reacted with comments such as, “Girls’ Generation snores?” and jokingly added, “It sounds like there are several tigers in there.”
Yuri quickly denied that the sound came from her and said, “This is driving me crazy. I’ve never snored before.”
The cast then began playfully analyzing the sound. One member suggested that Yuri appeared quiet while sleeping on her side but started snoring when she turned onto her back. Another joked that the sound’s pitch seemed to match her voice.
Code Kunst, who works as a music producer, was especially confident in his conclusion.
He said, “I have good spatial awareness. The sound was coming slightly from the left, where Yuri was. I can’t help it. I make a living by working with sound and placing it left and right.”
Still unconvinced, Yuri responded, “You people are really too much.”
The lighthearted exchange became one of the funniest moments of the episode, with Yuri continuing to insist that she was not the source of the snoring.
