Actress Seol In Ah has revealed an unexpected side of her childhood, sharing that she was much more energetic and known as a “neighborhood leader” when she was younger.
On October 4, Seol In Ah appeared in a video on the YouTube channel Bold Page, where she looked back on her personality during her school years.
Despite the calmer image she often shows today, the actress said she was noticeably more outgoing as a teenager.
Seol In Ah explained, “I was much brighter and more energetic. I’m actually calmer now. When I was a teenager, I had strong leadership and was the type to be the neighborhood leader.”

She also imagined what would happen if she could meet her younger self, who went by her real name Bang Ye Rin.
Laughing, she said, “I think we would become a troublemaking duo.”
Seol In Ah added that she would like to visit a woodworking studio with her younger self and make matching pieces of furniture together.
The actress also shared an update on her current activities. She has been regularly visiting an ice rink while preparing for the third season of tvN’s Iron Girls, saying the cold environment has made her reach for warm tea and lattes more often.
Seol In Ah is also set to return to acting alongside Im Siwan in tvN’s upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama Love in Disguise, which premieres on October 19.
