Actor Ahn Jae Hyun received an unexpected offer to join an anchovy fishing crew during his trip to Haenam, creating a funny moment on KBS Joy’s variety show Kkirikkiri.
On the August 19 broadcast, Ahn Jae Hyun traveled with Kim Poong and Muzie as the three spent their final day in Haenam enjoying local food and taking time to relax.
After finishing a meal, they happened to meet the captain of an anchovy fishing boat who was eating fresh squid sashimi. The captain invited them to try some, and Ahn Jae Hyun appeared impressed by the food.
Enjoying the moment, Ahn Jae Hyun casually said, “I want to stay here.”
The captain immediately responded by suggesting that Ahn Jae Hyun come along and work on an anchovy fishing boat.
Caught off guard by the unexpected proposal, Ahn Jae Hyun quickly looked toward Kim Poong and Muzie as if asking them for help, turning the conversation into one of the episode’s funniest moments.
The group later continued their Haenam trip with lighthearted activities at the beach before visiting Dosolam Hermitage on Dalmaksan Mountain.
