• 5 Korean Actors Put Their Lives At Danger While Acting

Using stuntmen is understandable, especially for the main actors when they must ensure their health so that the progress of the film is not affected.

However, on the Korean screen, there are still famous actors who perform dangerous scenes by themselves, without the help of stuntmen, and even injure themselves to make the scene more realistic.

    Jun Ji Hyun

During her career, Jun Ji Hyun has tried many times with action movies. The Thieves with "teacher" Kim Soo Hyun is one of them.

In the movie, Jun Ji Hyun has quite a lot of action scenes, especially scenes of swinging rope, running from building to building because her character is a super thief.

One of the scenes in the movie was done by the "auntie" herself. Specifically in this scene, Jun Ji Hyun jumped from the balcony to the downstairs by herself, the glass of wine in her hand was still intact, and her expression did not show any fear.

When knowing this information, the audience must be in awe of the actress's overdose.

    Jo Jung Suk

In the drama Don't Dare to Dream, Jo Jung Suk plays the role of Lee Hwa Shin, a popular TV announcer who suddenly falls into a tragic comedy when he discovers that he has breast cancer.

In addition to having to wear a bra like a woman, Jo Jung Suk also had to perform a breast examination scene with "real" medical equipment.

And instead of just acting, in this scene, Jo Jung Suk actually participated in the test.

During the press conference to release the film, he shared, "I really took part in the examination. It was very painful."

    Jung Woo Sung

The Good, The Bad, The Weird is a movie with a lot of action scenes, chases, gunfights and Jung Woo Sung did most of the action scenes himself.

One of them is galloping, spinning the gun. In many movies, actors often ride fake horses or use stunts.

But in this scene, Jung Woo Sung confidently gallops very quickly, turning the gun very skillfully.

    Park Shin Hye

Even though Park Shin Hye has been acting for a long time, she is often criticized for not changing, preferring only safe and gentle roles.

Few people expected that she would dare to perform heavy action scenes herself in the movie Doctors .

In the drama, Park Shin Hye plays a talented doctor with a gentle appearance but extremely rebellious inside.

In addition to this action scene, she also had to act in many surgical and bloody scenes.

    Lee Joon Gi

Lee Joon Gi is famous as a reckless actor who does not hesitate to perform difficult scenes.

In the movie Two Weeks, he plays a man accused of murder and has to spend 2 weeks to prove his innocence.

With this role,Lee Joon Gi had to perform many action scenes, there was even a scene where the character was buried under the rock.

The audience was surprised that Lee Joon Gi did this scene by himself instead of using a stunt, even a wax figure.

He once shared that he was very afraid of endangering his life when filming this scene.

"There was an episode where my character was buried in layers of rock. When I saw the staff preparing the scene, I started to worry. I was also afraid that if I didn't do well, I would die. I'll just go down there. Luckily, I was teamed up with a professional crew, so everything went well." he said.
