• ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ Staff Member and Child Actors Say Contradicting Things About Kim Seon Ho

Kim Seon Ho continues to be the center of controversy over his personal life. While Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha‘s child actors’ mothers posted writings in support of the actor, a staff member’s interview said something completely opposite.

On October 26th, on the Instagram of the child actors Ko Do-yeon (Bora), Ki Eun-yu (Lee Jun), and Kim Min-seo (Juri), photos taken with Kim Seon Ho were posted on the 26th of October. All three accounts are managed by the actors' mothers, and the posts were also uploaded by their mothers.

Kim Min-seo's mother shared a captured photo of her two-shot with Kim Seon Ho through SNS, saying, "Believe only what you see, only say what you know. A happy memory to be remembered for a long time."

Kodo-yeon's mother and Ki Eun-yu's mother also uploaded a photo of their daughter receiving an autograph from Kim Seon Ho on SNS. Kodo-yeon's mother said, "Hometown Cha Cha Cha that has become a memory. Posting the past photos. The day I got the autograph. I miss Hometown Cha Cha Cha-Cha. And I miss you."

A staff member of 'Hometown Cha Cha Cha' also drew attention by writing, "Get back on your feet asap, just like Chief Hong. Kim Seon Ho, fighting!".

Fans of Kim Seon Ho are responding enthusiastically to the support of the staff and mothers of child actors.

However, on October 27th, another staff member from Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha said something totally different in an interview with 10Asia. “Kim Seon Ho made people very uncomfortable at the filming site by frequently making an annoyed face,” he said. “As someone who actually worked with him a lot, I don’t want to root for him.”

According to him, while filming the scene where he shares a meal with Lee Sang Yi at Kim Young OK’s house, Kim Seon Ho found something in the food. “I know that that’s something that could put him on a bad moon. But after that, the staff tried to refill the dish, but he so sternly said no, embarrassing everyone.”

He added, “He’s kind to the actors and always has a smile on his face. But whenever he’s not satisfied with his acting, he would blame the staff and make awkward situations.”

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
