Go Youn Jung has earned a Best Actress nomination at the 2026 Seoul Drama Awards after receiving recognition for her performances in two separate dramas.
On August 21, the Seoul Drama Awards organizing committee announced the works and individuals advancing to the final judging stage of this year’s international competition.
A total of 352 entries from 46 countries and regions were submitted, with 30 productions and 34 individuals or teams selected as finalists.
Go Youn Jung stood out in the female acting category after being nominated for her performances in both Can This Love Be Translated? and We Are All Trying Here.
Her double recognition places her among the notable Korean acting nominees at this year’s awards. Kim Go Eun, who was recognized for You and Everything Else, and Jung In Sun for Our Golden Days were also named as nominees in the female acting category.
Meanwhile, Kim Seon Ho received a male acting nomination for Can This Love Be Translated?, while Koo Kyo Hwan was recognized for We Are All Trying Here. Ryu Seung Ryong and Jung Il Woo were also included among the male acting nominees.
Several Korean productions also advanced in the miniseries category, including We Are All Trying Here, My Royal Nemesis, The Dream Life of Mr. Kim, and You and Everything Else.
Go Youn Jung’s nomination is especially notable because the Seoul Drama Awards recognized her work across two different projects rather than a single performance.
The final winners of the 2026 Seoul Drama Awards are expected to be announced in September. The awards ceremony will be held on October 8 at KBS Hall in Yeouido.
