    Baby V.O.X’s Lee Hee Jin had fans buzzing when her past visuals were compared to NewJeansMinji.

    On January 24, MBC’s Point of Omniscient Interfere released a preview for its upcoming January 25 episode titled, “A Nostalgic Trip with Baby V.O.X Members. What Do They Say About Their First Meetings?” The teaser showed the legendary girl group gathering and reflecting on their early days.

    During the reunion, Shim Eun Jin couldn’t stop praising Lee Hee Jin, saying, “She was so fair and beautiful.” Their choreographer even added, “Hee Jin’s old videos are no joke. Everyone says she looks like NewJeans’ Minji”.

    Kim E-Z backed up the compliments, saying, “She was really beautiful.” Shim Eun Jin agreed, saying, “She was so stunning back then”. A flashback of Lee Hee Jin’s youthful and angelic visuals was shown, leaving her laughing shyly.

    The group also reminisced about their first impressions of each other. Yoon Eun Hye shared a sweet memory about Kan Mi Yeon, saying, “Mi Yeon unnie was super cute when I first met her”.

    Shim Eun Jin added, “Mi Yeon had these curtain bangs back then.” A nostalgic clip of Kan Mi Yeon’s adorable past look with curtain bangs made everyone laugh.

    Shim Eun Jin also recalled her first meeting with Yoon Eun Hye. “No one told us a new member was coming. I walked into the room, and there she was, sitting on the bed. She stood up and said, ‘Hello, unnie!’ I didn’t even know who she was. She was so young, I thought she was someone’s daughter”.

    A throwback clip of Yoon Eun Hye as a middle schooler made fans smile. Yoon Eun Hye humorously added, “I wish someone had introduced me. I was just sitting there when the unnies walked in.”

    Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

    On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

    During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

    He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

    The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

    “I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

    He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

    “In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

    Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
