• BTS RM’s Documentary "Right People, Wrong Place" Set for December Release in Over 90 Countries

Get ready, ARMY! BTS member RM is coming to theaters this December with his exciting documentary film titled "RM: Right People, Wrong Place."

Directed by Lee Seok-jun and produced by HYBE, the film showcases the making of RM’s second solo album, "Right Place, Wrong Person," which was released in May. It will officially premiere on December 5 in South Korea and more than 90 other countries and regions around the world.

On October 30, RM announced the global release on the official BTS social media, sharing the film's stylish main poster. The poster features a creative collage of RM captured in various moments and spaces.

"RM: Right People, Wrong Place" is a special film as it is the first K-Pop documentary to be invited to the Open Cinema section of the 29th Busan International Film Festival. It had its world premiere on October 7 at the Busan Cinema Center, where it was received with enthusiasm by the audience. The film's powerful story and stunning visuals left a memorable impression, earning positive reviews from viewers.

The documentary takes us through RM's eight-month journey to finish his second solo album, featuring honest interviews and insights. The title suggests that finding one’s true self starts when the lines between "Right" and "Wrong" begin to blur.

The music video for the title track "LOST!" from his album recently won the Craft: Cinematography award at the 2024 Berlin Commercial Awards. At the CICLOPE Festival in Germany, it won gold in Direction and Production Design, as well as bronze in Cinematography and Color Grading.

At the UK Music Video Awards 2024, RM made history as the first K-Pop artist to be nominated for Best Alternative Video International and Best Production Design in a Video.

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
