DinDin shared a touching story about BTS RM’s loyalty to rapper Sleepy.
In a recent video on the YouTube channel “Ting Ting Ting Ting,” the cast talked about wedding gift money and personal relationships.
During the conversation, DinDin revealed that RM had sent Sleepy a large wedding gift when he got married.
DinDin surprised everyone by saying, “Nam Joon, RM, sent 10 million won as wedding gift money when Sleepy hyung got married.”
According to DinDin, RM and Sleepy have known each other since before RM’s debut. Sleepy reportedly helped RM get an audition opportunity when he was still a trainee, and RM never forgot that help.
After hearing about Sleepy’s wedding, RM reportedly contacted him directly through DM and asked for his bank account number. He then sent 10 million won as a wedding gift to show his thanks for their long connection.
The story impressed the other cast members, as DinDin explained that RM’s gesture was his way of repaying the kindness he received during his trainee days.
Sleepy has also shared in past broadcasts that he watched RM during his trainee years. Sleepy married a non celebrity who is 8 years younger than him in 2022 and is now a father of two daughters.
