• ASTRO's Yoon Sanha Dominates Charts with Solo Debut, Tops iTunes in 12 Regions

    ASTRO’s Yoon Sanha has made a big splash with his solo debut.

    His first mini album, ‘DUSK,’ was released on August 6 at 6 PM and quickly climbed to No. 1 on iTunes Album Charts in 12 countries and regions by August 7 at 10 AM.

    These regions include Argentina, Malaysia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. It also reached 4th on the global iTunes album chart and made an impact in Mexico, Canada, Australia, and the US.

    The title track 'Dive' hit No. 1 on iTunes Top Song Charts in 10 regions, including Argentina, Peru, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Uganda, showing Yoon Sanha’s global appeal.

    In South Korea, all six tracks from ‘DUSK,’ including ‘Dive,’ ‘Yeowoo Byeol,’ ‘Losing My Mind,’ ‘BITTERSWEET MISTAKE,’ ‘BLEEDING,’ and ‘Rain Down On Me,’ are on the Genie chart. ‘Dive,’ ‘Yeowoo Byeol,’ and ‘Losing My Mind’ also made it onto the Melon HOT100 chart, receiving great support from fans.

    'DUSK' is Yoon Sanha’s first solo project after eight years in the industry, marking his growth during this new phase of his career.

    The title track 'Dive' is an alternative R&B pop song that showcases his powerful vocals and mature style.

    The album also features his self-composed track ‘Yeowoo Byeol,’ highlighting his musical growth.

    To celebrate his solo debut, Yoon Sanha held a fan showcase where he performed all the tracks live on an outdoor rooftop at sunset, reflecting the album’s theme and emotions. He also shared stories from his work and answered fan questions.

    During the event, Yoon Sanha surprised fans with an announcement of a fan concert in Korea on October 5 and 6. He teased a new arrangement for ‘Dive’ and promised a fantastic performance for ‘BLEEDING,’ building excitement for the event.

    Yoon Sanha is also staying busy with his acting career. He will appear as Byeon Hyun-jae in the JTBC drama ‘Family X Melo,’ starting on the 10th, and has been cast as Park Yoon-jae in the drama ‘My Girlfriend is a Tomboy.’

    Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

    On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

    During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

    He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

    The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

    “I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

    He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

    “In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

    Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
