• tripleS's Kim Yoo Yeon talks about receiving their first ever paycheck, "I treated the members to a meal"

tripleS revealed they received a settlement similar to a mid-level manager's salary at a big company.

On the July 13th episode of MBC's 'Point of Omniscient Interfere,' the 24-member girl group tripleS talked about their earnings.

Kim Yoo Yeon and Kim Na Kyung from tripleS, known for their large number of members, appeared on the show.

Jun Hyun Moo asked, "Is there any special meaning behind each member having a number?" Kim Na Kyung explained, "We weren't revealed all at once. Each member joined the dorm one by one, and the numbers were given in the order we arrived."

Jun Hyun Moo mentioned, "I heard tripleS received their first settlement last year, and it was like a mid-level manager's salary at a major company."

Kim Yoo Yeon confirmed, "We got our first settlement early last year," adding, "I treated the members to a meat meal." Solbi shared, "When I was active, we got cash in envelopes," drawing attention.

Kim Yoo Yeon, born in 2001, was introduced as the eldest sister. The youngest member, Seo Ah, born in 2010, is in her second year of middle school.

When asked if the older sister is strict, Kim Na Kyung replied, "She may look like that, but she's not that kind of person," making everyone laugh. She added, "She may seem cold, but she takes good care of the younger members."

Song Eun Yi commented, "Na Kyung looks familiar. I heard she's BB's sister." Kim Na Kyung introduced herself as "'Night Yanggeng' famous BB's sister." She then performed 'Night Yanggeng' live. Yang Se Hyung remarked, "Your voice sounds similar," expressing amazement.

On the show, tripleS members were seen checking their numbers when entering the dorm, which caught attention. Someone mentioned, "Living in the dorm with them feels like having 24 students," making everyone laugh.

Because of their large number, tripleS members had to take separate elevators to avoid exceeding the capacity.

They live in three separate houses, and due to the large number, personal items were labeled with names. Someone mentioned, "When a member finds a good item, they post it in the group chat, and then everyone buys it together," drawing attention.

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
