On October 30, Shin Min Ah appeared on comedian Lee Eun Ji's YouTube show *Gil Yeon*, where she opened up about her lifestyle, eating habits, and why she decided to make changes to her daily routine.
During the conversation, Shin Min Ah admitted that she had never been particularly strict about maintaining her figure because she was naturally able to stay in shape.
*"I didn't really do anything special to manage myself compared to other people. I was naturally fortunate, so I could maintain my figure without exercising or controlling my diet,"* she explained.
However, the actress shared that things have recently started to change.
*"Lately, I felt that my body wasn't quite the same. The pants I used to wear didn't fit well anymore, so I thought it was finally time for me to start taking care of myself,"* she said.

*"Before, I had to eat rice and soup as soon as I woke up. These days, I eat a little fruit or vegetables first before having carbohydrates,"* she shared.
However, adjusting to her new routine has not been completely easy.
The actress amusingly revealed that she even started dreaming about her favorite foods after changing her diet.
*"About two weeks after starting my diet, I dreamed about eating pizza. Then the next day, I even dreamed about eating tteokbokki,"* she recalled, drawing laughter.
Aside from discussing her eating habits, Shin Min Ah also reflected on her career, revealing that she first entered the entertainment industry as a teenage magazine model in 1998 before moving into acting.
