RESCENE ranked No. 1 in the July 2026 Rising Singer Brand Reputation rankings, followed by CORTIS at No. 2 and I.O.I at No. 3.
The Korean Business Research Institute announced the results on July 29 after analyzing 63,317,152 pieces of brand data collected from June 29 to July 29. The rankings were based on consumer participation, media activity, communication, and community engagement.
RESCENE, consisting of Woni, Liv, Minami, May, and Zena, recorded a total brand reputation index of 5,859,126. This included a participation index of 1,004,279, a media index of 1,547,559, a communication index of 1,753,142, and a community index of 1,554,146.
Although RESCENE remained in first place, the group’s score decreased by 8% from the previous month’s total of 6,368,697.
CORTIS placed second with a brand reputation index of 4,305,815, marking an 11.86% increase compared with the previous month.
I.O.I ranked third with an index of 2,655,810, showing a 55.06% decrease. Kim Yong Bin followed in fourth place with 2,521,850, while Park Ji Hyun completed the top five with 2,222,831.

The institute explained that the Rising Singer Brand Reputation rankings focus on singers, idol groups, trot artists, and rookies who have recently experienced a strong increase in public interest.
Koo Chang Hwan, director of the Korean Business Research Institute, said, “RESCENE ranked first in the July 2026 big data analysis.”
He added that the group gained attention through variety content and the renewed rise of its music on domestic charts.
Regarding the other top artists, he said, “CORTIS is creating results on global music charts through an approach that differs from traditional idol formulas. I.O.I captured the attention of fans who had waited a long time and created new online trends.”
The total amount of data used in the July analysis decreased by 24.22% compared with the previous month.
