Actor Kim Woo Bin opened up about the unexpected struggles of living in his luxurious home in Seongbuk-dong.
During his appearance on YouTube channel Ha Ji Young, the actor shared that while his home may look beautiful, maintaining it is no easy task.
When asked about his house’s interior, Kim Woo Bin said, “It’s a mix of white and wood tones. I live in a house,” revealing that he bought his detached home in Seongbuk-dong for 3.39 billion won back in 2017.
Host Ha Ji Young reacted, “Living in a house is so hard to manage,” and Kim Woo Bin immediately agreed, saying, “It’s really difficult. It’s not easy at all.” He added, “That’s why on my days off, I can’t even leave the house. I’m always fixing or cleaning something.”
Still, the actor pointed out a few things he enjoys about house living. “The good thing is that no one can hear me no matter how loud I am. I even tested it. I can watch movies really loud, and because I have a yard, I can feel all four seasons.”
Talking about his daily life, Kim Woo Bin reflected, “I feel like time passes too quickly. I close my eyes for a moment and months are gone. I remind myself to stay mindful and live happily.”
He also mentioned how grateful he is for his close friends, saying, “I enjoy spending time with people I care about — In Sung hyung, Kwang Soo hyung, Kyung Soo, Tae Hyun hyung. We’ve stayed close because we always treat each other with care and respect.”
When asked how much he spends every month, the actor laughed and shared, “When I’m working, I don’t spend much because I don’t have time. I mostly buy daily necessities. There are always delivery boxes at my door. I eat rice bread and peanut butter every morning, and I get tricked by SNS ads a lot. Half the things I buy aren’t that great.”
Fans found his honesty both relatable and charming, showing that even a top star like Kim Woo Bin faces everyday struggles — especially when it comes to cleaning his dream home.
