The Netflix animated movie K-Pop Demon Hunters has taken over the global stage since its release on June 20, and behind its success is none other than powerhouse label The Black Label.
This unique film mixes K-pop with supernatural action, and fans are loving the fresh concept. One major reason for its popularity? The high-quality music and jaw-dropping choreography, all crafted by some of the biggest names in the K-pop scene.
The Black Label’s top producers—including Teddy, Kush, 24, Vince, Ido, and Danny Jung—teamed up to create the film’s standout tracks.
Songs like “Golden” and “How It's Done” lit up the screen during Huntrix's most powerful moment, while “Soda Pop” and “Your Idol,” performed by the Grim Reaper boy group Lion Boys, added even more excitement.
Fans were also surprised to learn that Danny Jung didn’t just produce—he also voiced the character Baby from Lion Boys and took part in the vocals.
As for the jaw-dropping group dance scenes, choreographer Lee Jung from The Black Label brought Huntrix and Lion Boys’ powerful “cal gunmu” (synchronized group choreography) to life, giving the movie real K-pop concert vibes.
Thanks to this all-star production team, K-Pop Demon Hunters turned into a global sensation and boosted K-culture around the world.
With The Black Label earning praise for their “trustworthy and impressive” K-pop work, fans are already excited to see what hit songs and projects they’ll deliver next.
