    BTS's Jungkook's solo album 'GOLDEN' is a global hit, reaching number one on the iTunes album charts in 106 countries.

    Released last November, 'GOLDEN' recently hit the top of the iTunes album chart in Switzerland for the first time. Since its release, the album has topped iTunes charts in a total of 106 countries, showing its huge global success.

    Before this, 'GOLDEN' reached number one in 70 countries within about 8 hours of its release and led the charts in 90 countries within 7 days.

    The album achieved a 'perfect all-kill' by topping iTunes charts in the major music markets: the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany.

    'GOLDEN' also spent 14 days at number one on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and stayed at the top for over 7 days on the European iTunes Album Chart.

    Moreover, 'GOLDEN' made history as the first solo album to have three songs ('Seven,' '3D,' 'Standing Next to You') reach number one on the iTunes Top Songs Chart in over 100 countries.

    The album has also set a record by staying on the Billboard 200 chart in the U.S. for 24 consecutive weeks, the longest run ever by an Asian solo artist. On the UK Official Top 100 album chart, it remained for 8 weeks, the longest for a K-pop solo artist.

The report claimed that BT Entertainment’s CEO, who is also a director at Dion Communication, had invested 1.1 billion KRW in the ‘King of Singers Season 2’ concert, leading to suspicions of favoritism towards certain contestants.
