Big Hit Music has confirmed that a woman tried to break into BTS Jungkook’s home — and now she’s facing legal punishment.

On June 30, Big Hit Music released a statement saying they’re continuing to take strong legal action to protect BTS from serious violations, including online hate, lies, sexual harassment, and even stalking.

“We’re monitoring online communities in Korea like Naver, The Qoo, DC Inside, and more, as well as overseas platforms like X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube,” the agency said. “We’ve filed legal complaints against users who posted malicious content, and some cases already resulted in fines.”

But the most shocking part was the update on an intruder caught trying to enter Jungkook’s house.

The agency confirmed, “Police are currently investigating a person who tried to enter a BTS member’s home without permission. We’ve provided CCTV footage and other evidence, and we’ll continue to cooperate so this person receives proper punishment.”

The intruder has been identified as Ms. A, a woman in her 30s from China. According to Seoul’s Yongsan Police Station, she was caught on June 11 at around 11:20 p.m. — the same day Jungkook returned from military service.

She was reportedly pressing the passcode to his door multiple times. A neighbor noticed something strange and called the police, who arrested her on the spot. She is now being investigated for attempted trespassing.

Big Hit added that they are not staying silent when it comes to stalking or any actions that put BTS in danger. “We report these situations to police right away and file for restraining orders. We will take firm legal action without any leniency to protect the members' privacy and safety.”

Fans are now praising Big Hit for standing strong and protecting Jungkook and the rest of BTS from harm.
