• Lee Hyori's Opens About Her Body Insecurity Over '10 Minutes' Comeback Request from Fans: "Not Confident in Rocking a Crop Top Right Now"

Lee Hyori has opened up about her hesitations regarding a potential comeback with '10Minutes'.

On the 14th, a video titled 'Isn't it nice to think Hyori… had never felt it, but today feels nice?' was released on the YouTube channel 'Halmyeongsu', sparking widespread discussion among fans.

During the broadcast, Lee Hyori joined Park Myung-soo on Jeju Island for 'Halmyeongsu'. Playfully addressing the situation, Park Myung-soo jokingly asked, "Are you a bit upset? Did you come because of 'Halmyeongsu'?" Lee Hyori, with her trademark wit, replied, "I briefly thought so, but these days there are 'New Ji-sus' like IU. It turns out this show isn't as easygoing as I thought."

When Park Myung-soo teased about future appearances, mentioning "Next week, Rise," Lee Hyori expressed her surprise, laughing and exclaiming, "How did this happen?" Park Myung-soo then playfully struggled with calling her 'Hyori-ya', to which she commented, "Honestly, those oppas are all the same. Tak Jae-hoon doesn't even have my number, Shin Dong-yup and I exchanged numbers for the first time on YouTube, and Yoo Jae-suk knows my number but we don't contact each other much." She advised him not to worry too much about it.

Addressing her iconic song '10 Minutes' becoming a topic, Lee Hyori candidly admitted, "People talk about me making a comeback, but it doesn't feel like the old days. How can I wear a crop top when my belly is chubby right now?" Park Myung-soo humorously replied, "Then don't wear a crop top," drawing laughter from both.

Turning to payment for her appearance, Lee Hyori teased, "How much are you paying me for this? Shouldn't you cover the flight and hair makeup expenses?" Park Myung-soo playfully agreed, saying, "I'll cover that," and joked, "It's really annoying. Even Jisoo and IU didn't ask for anything. I'll pay since it's been decided."

Discussing her recent return to advertisements, Lee Hyori shared, "I hope you get more commercials too. If I had been doing ads continuously, maybe people wouldn't have sought me out as much. It seems like they started looking for me more after I took a break and then resumed."

The two continued their playful banter by drawing each other's portraits and playing games, deepening their bond during the show.

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
