Meanwhile, "Big Mouth" becomes hot topic because of their soaring ratings.

August 6th, a critical post about "Big Mouth" began trending on TheQoo's community board under the title, "MBC DRAMA BIG MOUSE'S VIEWER RATINGS".

    The netizen then listed the following ratings with "Big Mouth" poster, "Nationwide/metropolitan are: Ep.1 6.2 / 6.3, Ep.2 6.1 / 6.4 and Ep.3 7.6 / 8.1".

Other netizens commented in response expressing their disappointment:

"I'm on episode 2, but I don't think this show is for me.."

"I watched it because the plot is intriguing, but I don't know, maybe it's the cast? I frequently find myself cringing."

"Clearly enjoyable, but I find the plot too difficult to followㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ".

Meanwhile, others also added in opinions like:

"Finally, a drama with Yoona that hits big"

" I kinda feel like this is Lee Jong-suk's top drama yet?? Lee Jong-suk appears so much and he's so good"

"I anticipated that the plot of this drama would be darker and heavier, but the plot is actually quite contrived and the acting is lighthearted(?). I found myself even laughing out loud. It resembles a 'noir' rendition of Penthouse."

"It's f*cking fun. The pace is super fast but the flow is also intuitive. The scenes are refreshing and Lee Jong-suk's acting is seriously daebak. I lose track of time while watching it. Even though the genre is noir, the plot is light and entertaining."

"The second episode was the best, the third felt forced, and I'm curious to see what they'll do with the fourth.",

    "It's actually so enjoyableㅠㅠㅠ"

"It will continue to rise because it's so enjoyable.".

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
