• “Twenty Five Twenty One” Achieves 9.8% Ratings For Episode 6 Breaking Their Previous Record

    "Twenty-Five Twenty-One" ratings soared.

    The 6th episode of tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Twenty-Five Twenty-One', aired on February 27, broke its own highest ratings, recording an average of 9.8% and a maximum of 11.3% based on households nationwide. In the metropolitan area and nationwide, it ranked first in viewership ratings in the same time slot, including cable and full-length episodes.

    'Twenty-Five Twenty-One', which started with 6.4% on the 12th, immediately recorded 8.0% in the second episode and entered the 8% level. Since then, 'Twenty-Five Twenty-One', which has continued to rise by recording its highest ratings, has risen sharply with an audience rating of close to 10% in the sixth episode.

    'Twenty-Five Twenty-One' is a refreshing romance drama about the wandering and growth of young people who have been deprived of their dreams in the times, starring Nam Joo Hyuk and Kim Tae Ri.

    In episode 6, Na Hee Do (Kim Tae Ri) and Baek Yi Jin (Nam Joo Hyuk) reunited dramatically. Baek Yi Jin became a UBS trainee reporter, and Na Hee Do won medals at the World Cup and Grand Prix. The two met by chance and exchanged a brief greeting while looking at each other.

    Afterward, Baek Yi Jin, who was in charge of fencing at the Sports Bureau, went to Gyeongju to cover the Asian Games, and Na Hee Do competed with  Go Yoo Rim (Kim Ji Yeon) for a gold medal.

    'Twenty-Five Twenty-One' airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:10 pm.

    Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

    On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

    During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

    He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

    The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

    “I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

    He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

    “In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

    Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
