ENHYPEN has added another major achievement in Japan as their latest album THE SIN : BLISS surpassed 250,000 cumulative shipments.
According to the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) on September 10, ENHYPEN’s eighth mini album THE SIN : BLISS, released in August, received an official Platinum certification after shipments exceeded 250,000 copies in Japan.
The RIAJ awards Gold certification at 100,000 shipments, Platinum at 250,000, Double Platinum at 500,000, Triple Platinum at 750,000, and Million certification at one million.
With the latest achievement, ENHYPEN has now earned 17 RIAJ Gold Disc certifications overall. The group has also received Platinum or Triple Platinum certifications for six consecutive releases, beginning with their 2024 full-length album ROMANCE : UNTOLD.
THE SIN : BLISS has also shown strong results on major international charts. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and topped three Oricon charts in Japan, including the Weekly Combined Album Ranking, Weekly Album Ranking, and Weekly Western Music Album Ranking.
It also reached No. 1 on Billboard Japan’s Top Album Sales and Hot Albums charts.
The album continued its Billboard 200 run at No. 24 on the chart dated September 12, marking its second consecutive week on the ranking. It also placed No. 2 on World Albums and No. 5 on Top Album Sales.
Meanwhile, the album’s title track Bloody Paradise ranked No. 46 on Billboard Global Excl. U.S. and No. 75 on the Billboard Global 200.
With THE SIN : BLISS now earning Platinum status in Japan alongside its No. 1 Billboard 200 debut, ENHYPEN continues to show strong album sales and chart performance across multiple major music markets.
