Yoo Jae Suk expressed regret to BIGBANG’s G-Dragon while recalling the singer’s difficult experience on Running Man.
During the latest episode, HaHa appeared wearing a BIGBANG shirt and encouraged the group to return to the show.
When Ji Suk Jin asked why BIGBANG had not made another appearance, Yoo Jae Suk brought up the group’s challenging 2015 episode.
Yoo Jae Suk admitted, “G-Dragon had a really hard time back then. It was a bit too much.” His comment sounded like a lighthearted apology for the intense filming. HaHa also joked that G-Dragon may have “bad memories” of the program.
BIGBANG’s 2015 appearance included physically demanding games in a mudflat, where the members fully committed to the challenging missions. The group has not returned to Running Man as a full group since then.
Although the cast discussed the difficult experience, they did not confirm that it was the official reason for BIGBANG’s long absence.
HaHa still made another public invitation, saying, “I miss BIGBANG. Please come on the show.” The production team also hinted that the group would be welcomed back.
