The mysterious post quickly led fans and online users to wonder whether Jennie was teasing a new song, fashion project, or international collaboration.
Some people have suggested that the man could be Taiwanese model Nakai, who is currently active in South Korea. Online users noted that his hairstyle and overall appearance seemed similar to the person shown in Jennie’s photo.
The theory gained further attention after fans noticed that Jaemin, a creative director at Jennie’s personal label ODD ATELIER, follows Nakai on social media.
