RESCENE is receiving positive attention after revealing a new merchandise collection with prices that many fans described as unusually affordable for K-pop goods.
On July 14, the group’s agency, The Muze Entertainment, shared the official merchandise list created in collaboration with the Character Licensing Fair.
The lowest priced items include a fan for 3,000 won, a hand mirror and masking tape for 3,900 won each, and an acrylic pen and sticker pack for 4,900 won each.
An acrylic keyring costs 8,900 won, while a photo card holder is priced at 9,900 won. A pocket shopping bag costs 12,900 won, and a MagSafe acrylic phone grip is available for 13,800 won.
The most expensive items are the cushion and blanket, which are priced at 24,900 won each.
Fans expressed surprise after seeing the prices. One commented, “The prices are honestly shocking. Why are they so affordable? We should support the agency by buying them.”
Another fan wrote, “Are these prices real? Even the cushion and blanket are only in the 20,000 won range, and many of the other items cost less than 5,000 won.”
The positive response comes during a successful period for RESCENE. The group’s 2024 song “LOVE ATTACK” recently climbed back up the charts and reached No. 1 on Melon’s Top 100 nearly two years after its release.
RESCENE is also promoting “Pretty Girl,” a remake of KARA’s popular song.
On July 14, the group earned its first music show win since debuting on SBS Life’s “The Show.” The members became emotional and cried while accepting the trophy.
