BTS member Jungkook continues to show strong global success with his solo debut single “Seven.”

On Billboard’s latest “Global Excl. U.S.” chart dated July 11, “Seven” ranked No. 153. The song has now remained on the chart for 155 weeks, reportedly marking the first and longest chart run for a song by an Asian solo artist.

“Seven” previously held the No. 1 position on the chart for nine consecutive weeks. It also debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s main “Hot 100” singles chart and stayed on the ranking for 15 weeks.

The song also placed No. 21 on Billboard Korea’s “Global K Songs” chart, extending its run to 32 weeks.

Jungkook’s other solo tracks continued to chart as well. “Standing Next to You” ranked No. 73, while “3D” placed No. 89. Both songs have now appeared on the chart for 32 weeks.

“Seven” is also continuing its long run on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Songs Global” chart, where it has remained for 156 weeks.

According to the report, this is the longest run by a song from an Asian solo artist.

The hit track has also surpassed 3 billion streams on Spotify, becoming the first song by an Asian artist and the first track released in 2023 to reach the milestone.
