Shin Ye Eun could be teaming up with Cha Eun Woo in the upcoming drama Silla Knife.
On October 19, production company Studio Dragon confirmed that Shin Ye Eun has received a casting offer for the new series.
The company stated, *“It is true that we offered Shin Ye Eun a role. She is currently reviewing the offer.”*
This means her appearance has not yet been finalized.
Silla Knife is described as a story involving an Italian chef and a princess who is expected to become an important figure in Silla. The drama is currently being discussed for broadcast on tvN.
The project will be directed by Jang Tae Yoo, who previously worked on tvN’s *Bon Appétit, Your Majesty*.
The drama has also attracted attention because Cha Eun Woo has been linked to the project, with reports describing it as a potential comeback drama following his military service.
Cha Eun Woo is currently serving in the military and is expected to be discharged in January 2027.
If Shin Ye Eun accepts the offer, Silla Knife would bring her together with Cha Eun Woo for a new historical romance project. Further casting details have yet to be officially confirmed.
