Entertainer Park Myung Soo has once again expressed his wish to collaborate with BTS member Jungkook, revealing that he spent time learning the choreography for the singer's solo hit Standing Next to You but has yet to get the chance to perform it with him.

During the October 19 broadcast of KBS Cool FM's Park Myung Soo's Radio Show, the comedian brought up Jungkook while hosting a quiz segment.

The topic came up when Jungkook was revealed as the answer to one of the show's quiz questions.

Park Myung Soo then shared that he had already practiced the choreography for Standing Next to You, hoping to eventually dance alongside the BTS member.

He explained, "I practiced 'Standing Next to You' exactly as it is, but I haven't had a chance to use it. That's why I asked him to meet me."

The entertainer has openly expressed his admiration for Jungkook on several occasions, and this time was no different.

Speaking in his usual playful manner, Park Myung Soo directly called out to the singer.

"I want to meet him and dance together. Jungkook, please make some time for me. You're really too much," he joked.

He quickly clarified that his comments came from being a fan of the BTS member.

"That's how big of a fan I am. I really want to do something together."

Park Myung Soo also revealed that he had worked hard to learn almost the entire choreography last year because he wanted to show it to Jungkook.

However, the opportunity did not happen as planned, and the possible meeting has continued to be delayed.

Despite this, he has not given up on his wish to perform with Jungkook.

"The song is really good. I worked so hard on it, so it's disappointing. It keeps getting postponed," he said.

He then humorously wondered how much longer he would have to wait.

"I don't know if I'll finally get to meet him in about five years. Jungkook, if you like me, please meet me just once."

His remarks added a lighthearted moment to the radio broadcast, showing his enthusiasm for Jungkook's music and his continued interest in a possible collaboration.

Standing Next to You was released in November 2023 as part of Jungkook's debut solo album, GOLDEN. The song is known for its energetic choreography and its message about staying beside someone despite life's challenges.

While there has been no announcement of an actual collaboration or meeting between the two, Park Myung Soo's latest comments show that he is still hoping for the opportunity.

For now, the entertainer's carefully practiced Standing Next to You choreography is still waiting for its moment, with Park Myung Soo making it clear that he would love to perform it alongside Jungkook himself.
