The episode ranked No. 1 among Friday variety shows. The 2054 viewer rating also reached 4.1%, placing the show at No. 1 in the same time slot.

The highest rated moment of the episode came when Ryu Hye Young finished her favorite raw fish rice bowl and wrote in her diary. The scene reached a peak rating of 7.0%.

Ryu Hye Young revealed that she has been writing in her diary every day for 5 years. She said, “I think I started writing because my heart was having a hard time”.

She continued, “There was a time when I was so anxious that I could not even sit still at home, but when I was writing something, I was able to sit still in a chair”.

The actress, who has lived alone for 11 years, showed a quiet but meaningful routine. She decorated her home, watched household vlogs, studied foreign languages, read books, and enjoyed her favorite foods.

She also talked about living at her own pace. As a “slow runner”, Ryu Hye Young said, “Even if I am a turtle, I just need to arrive”. She added that she no longer wants to rush just because others seem to be moving faster.

Ryu Hye Young also opened up about the pressure she felt after gaining major attention through “Reply 1988”.

She said there was a time when she felt fear and anxiety, but she slowly gained strength by reminding herself to live the way she wanted.

She shared, “There are times when I feel anxious when others pass me by, and I start to speed up too. But there is no need for that. I can just go at my own pace”.

Meanwhile, the episode also featured Code Kunst watching a South Korean football match with Epik High. Their excited reactions, including Tablo’s funny bathroom “jinx”, added a lighter and more playful part to the broadcast.
