
SBS’s Friday Saturday drama “My Royal Nemesis” has reached another new personal best in ratings.
Episode 12, which aired on June 13, recorded an average nationwide rating of 10.5% and 11.0% in the Seoul metropolitan area. Its highest real time rating rose to 12.8%, marking a new record for the drama.
The episode also ranked No. 1 among Saturday mini series and No. 1 among weekly mini series. In the key 2049 viewer rating, “My Royal Nemesis” recorded an average of 3.4% and a peak of 3.98%, taking first place among all Saturday programs and all programs aired during the week, according to Nielsen Korea.
In the episode, Shin Seo Ri, played by Lim Ji Yeon, faced a major truth about her identity. The story also showed emotional moments between Seo Ri and Cha Se Gye, played by Heo Nam Jun, as their romance reached a painful turning point.

Cha Se Gye opened his heart to Seo Ri and said, “Money, fame, and status are things everyone chases. But now I know what really matters. I only need you”. However, Seo Ri became worried because she knew she might have to return to where she came from.
Seo Ri later told Se Gye the truth, saying, “I have to go back. To the place where I came from.” Se Gye could not accept her words and replied, “No. You cannot go. I will not let you go.”
The episode also raised tension with Choi Moon Do, played by Jang Seung Jo, continuing to threaten Seo Ri and Se Gye’s peaceful moments.
