ILLIT has officially wrapped up promotions for “It’s Me”, but attention is now on member Moka’s return to activities.
The group ended their official promotions with their final stage on SBS’s “Inkigayo” on May 31. Moka, who had been on a break due to health concerns, joined the performance and appeared on stage with the other members.
Moka had paused activities on April 20 after medical staff advised that she needed treatment and rest due to a sudden health issue. During her break, ILLIT continued comeback promotions as four members. She later resumed activities starting with KBS2’s “Music Bank” on May 29.
Belift Lab previously explained, “Moka has been focusing on recovery while receiving treatment and resting,” adding that she strongly wanted to meet fans. The agency also said doctors advised that she could return as long as her schedule did not become too much for her.
However, after the “Inkigayo” broadcast, some fans expressed concern. Viewers claimed Moka appeared emotional during the live stage and was later seen moving with help from security staff.
Some also noticed that ILLIT’s stage videos and fancams were not uploaded to the “Inkigayo” YouTube channel right away, unlike other performers, leading to questions about whether her return may have been too soon.
Yunah later shared a message on Weverse after the group’s promotions ended. She wrote, “During the five weeks of activities, we were able to meet many GLLITs and feel a lot of love from the public. I am truly thankful.”
She also added, “It was very disappointing that we made our comeback as four members, but I am glad that in the end, we were able to perform as a full five member group”.
Yunah thanked fans who waited for the full group stage and said she wanted to tell Moka that she “worked really, really hard”.
While Yunah did not directly discuss Moka’s health, her message appeared to reassure fans that the group was happy to finish the final stage together.
Moka is expected to continue activities while checking her condition with support from the agency. Belift Lab has said some schedules will be adjusted depending on her health and readiness. Moka will not attend the “2026 Weverse Con Festival” on June 6.
