BTS’s Jin shows his world class popularity as Mexican fans push “Don’t Say You Love Me” back to No. 1

BTS’s Jin continues to show his strong popularity in Mexico with his solo music.

Jin’s solo song “Don’t Say You Love Me” ranked No. 1 on House Radio’s “Ranking House” chart for the third week of May 2026, dated May 16. House Radio is known as one of Mexico’s major online pop music stations.

The achievement is even more meaningful as “Don’t Say You Love Me” has remained in the Top 10 for 52 consecutive weeks since its release in May 2025. The song has also reached No. 1 for a total of 20 weeks.

Jin also earned more recognition through the track. He was selected as a “2025 K POP Artist” for the second year in a row, while “Don’t Say You Love Me” was also named in the “K POP Song” category.

Several of Jin’s solo songs were also highlighted on House Radio’s year end and seasonal lists. Three of his solo tracks were included in “The 50 most important songs that shined in 2025.”

On the “Top 30 songs representing summer 2025” list, “Don’t Say You Love Me” ranked No. 1, while “Running Wild” placed No. 15 and “I’ll Be There” ranked No. 27.

Jin’s popularity was also seen during BTS’s recent visit to Mexico City after an official invitation from Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum.

At Zocalo Square, around 50,000 people reportedly gathered, with fans holding signs featuring Jin’s name, photos, and his character RJ.

Fans also sang along to Jin’s solo OST “YOURS,” showing the strong love he continues to receive in Mexico.

With his chart success and huge local support, Jin continues to prove his status as a world class star.
