BTS’s Jungkook is once again gaining attention for his powerful live vocals.

Grammy winning producer NITTI, who took part in producing BTS’s 5th full length album “Arirang,” recently mentioned Jungkook during an interview with K all podcast.

He praised Jungkook’s singing ability and said what impressed him most was his live voice.

NITTI shared, “The most impressive thing was definitely Jungkook’s live voice,” adding that Jungkook sounded amazing even inside the studio.

He continued, “Jungkook is someone who really knows how to sing. JK handled everything perfectly.” He also explained that Jungkook quickly understood directions during recording, saying, “When we said, ‘Try it like this,’ Jungkook immediately understood and did it.”

Jungkook has also received praise from other well known producers. Tyler Spry, who worked on BTS’s “SWIM,” previously said, “Jungkook is a truly great songwriter and an amazing singer.” He added that Jungkook could hit every note even without autotune.

Diplo, a Grammy winning producer and member of Major Lazer, also praised Jungkook by saying, “Jungkook? He does not need autotune. He has a perfect voice.”

Jungkook’s vocal power has also been recognized through several global rankings. He ranked No. 1 in Music Mundial’s “Best K pop Vocalist of 2025” vote and was selected by Rolling Stone as one of the “200 Greatest Singers of All Time,” becoming the first and only Korean male singer on the list.

He also ranked No. 1 on Billboard’s “2024 Billboard K Pop Artist 100” list and was included in Billboard’s “Greatest Pop Stars of 2023” honorable mentions.
