
BTS is continuing its strong run on major global charts with the group’s 5th full album “ARIRANG.”
“ARIRANG” ranked No. 1 again on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Albums Global” chart for May 8 to 14, holding the top spot for another week. The title track “SWIM” also stayed strong, ranking No. 3 on Spotify’s “Weekly Top Songs Global.”
All 13 tracks from the album have now remained on the chart for 8 straight weeks. “SWIM” also placed No. 3 on Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs Global” chart dated May 14, keeping its place in the Top 3 for 56 days.

BTS also continued to chart in the United Kingdom. On the UK Official Charts released on May 16, “ARIRANG” ranked No. 26 on the “Official Albums Top 100” for May 15 to 21. The album also placed No. 30 on “Official Albums Streaming,” No. 25 on “Scottish Albums,” No. 26 on “Official Physical Albums,” and No. 32 on “Official Vinyl Albums.”
The title song “SWIM” ranked No. 51 on the UK “Official Singles Top 100.” It also entered No. 41 on “Official Singles Downloads” and No. 44 on “Official Singles Sales.”
“ARIRANG” also showed steady power across Europe and Oceania. The album ranked No. 6 on Germany’s “Top 100 Albums” chart dated May 15, staying in the Top 10 for 8 weeks in a row. In Australia, it ranked No. 7 on ARIA’s “Top 50 Albums” chart and No. 16 on the “Top 20 Vinyl Albums” chart dated May 18. In France, it placed No. 8 on SNEP’s “Top Albums” chart for May 8 to 14.
The album also rose on Japan’s Oricon chart. On the May 18 chart, “ARIRANG” ranked No. 3 on both the “Weekly Combined Album Ranking” and “Weekly Album Ranking,” climbing from the previous week. It also placed No. 7 on the “Weekly Digital Album Ranking.”
BTS is also set to make another milestone in the United States, holding concerts at Stanford Stadium on May 17, 18, and 20 as the first Korean artist to perform there. In July, the group will also join Madonna and Shakira as co headliners for the “2026 FIFA World Cup North America” final halftime show.
