Bruno Mars publicly asks BLACKPINK’s Rosé to join him for APT. at his 2027 Korea concert

Bruno Mars is already giving fans something to hope for ahead of his 2027 concerts in South Korea, publicly asking BLACKPINK’s Rosé to reunite with him for a live performance of their global hit APT.

During an interview with MBC’s 14F, Mars was asked about possible special stages for his upcoming Korea concerts. He immediately brought up Rosé.

“We have to get Rosé on stage,” Mars said. “Rosé, if you’re listening, if you’re watching, let me know. What do I have to do for you and me to sing ‘APT.’ together in Korea? That would be such a meaningful moment.”

Mars then jokingly teased his collaborator about her growing popularity.

“If I can afford her. Rosé has gotten very expensive these days. She doesn’t even answer my calls anymore,” he joked.

The comments were made in a playful tone and do not mean Rosé’s appearance has been officially confirmed.

Bruno Mars is scheduled to perform at Goyang Stadium in South Korea on May 21, 22, 25, and 26, 2027. The concerts will mark his first major Korea shows since his sold-out performances at Seoul’s Olympic Stadium in 2023.

Anderson .Paak is also expected to appear as his DJ alter ego DJ Pee .Wee.

Mars expressed his affection for Korean audiences during the interview, saying, “I really want them to know how much Korean fans mean to me and how much I want to perform for them.” He added that he would perform as many shows as possible and even joked about wanting to stay in Korea for an entire month.

Mars and Rosé released APT. in 2024, and the collaboration went on to become a major international hit. The song topped Billboard’s Global 200 for multiple weeks and later became one of the biggest-selling global singles of its release period.

The pair have also performed APT. together on major international stages, strengthening interest in another reunion.

For now, Rosé has not been officially announced as a guest at Bruno Mars’ 2027 Korea concerts, but Mars has made it clear that he would like to see their APT. collaboration return to the stage in the country where the song’s famous chant originated.
