CORTIS is proving its rising power with another major sales record.

According to Hanteo Chart on May 8, CORTIS’s 2nd mini album “GREENGREEN” sold 2,027,032 copies by May 7, only 4 days after its release.

With this, the group has become a “double million seller” for the second time in a row, following their debut album.

The speed of their growth is drawing attention. Their 1st mini album, released last September, took 3 months to pass 1 million copies and 6 months to reach 2 million copies based on Circle Chart.

However, “GREENGREEN” reached 1 million copies in just 1 day and 2 million copies in only 4 days.

Their first week sales are also expected to be much higher than their previous record of 436,367 copies, possibly at least 5 times bigger.

CORTIS is also showing strong results on music charts with the title track “REDRED.” The song ranked No. 3 on Melon’s “Top 100” at 9 AM on May 8 after first reaching No. 3 on May 6.

It also ranked No. 9 on Melon’s daily chart, No. 3 on Bugs, and No. 12 on Vibe on May 6.

The group also won No. 1 on Mnet’s “M Countdown” on May 7, earning a music show trophy for the second week in a row.

Their global results are also strong. “REDRED” ranked No. 56 on Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs Global” chart on May 6 and entered daily charts in 24 countries and regions.

CORTIS also became the first K pop boy group that debuted within the last 5 years to enter Spotify’s “Daily Top Songs Global,” staying on the chart for 2 weeks.

On Apple Music, “REDRED” ranked No. 19 on “Today’s Top 100: Global” on May 7 and has stayed on the chart for 11 days. It also remained No. 1 on “Today’s Top 100: South Korea” for 12 days.

With album sales, Korean music charts, global streaming charts, and music show wins all showing strong results, CORTIS is quickly proving that they are no longer just a rookie group.
