CORTIS is showing strong growth on global music charts with their new song “REDRED”.

According to Spotify, CORTIS’s “REDRED”, the title track from their second mini album GREENGREEN, ranked No. 117 on the “Daily Top Songs Global” chart for April 24. The song first entered the chart at No. 184 on April 22, rose to No. 140 on April 23, and climbed another 23 spots in one day.

The result is gaining attention because only a few K-pop boy groups that made a comeback this year have entered Spotify’s global daily chart. Along with BTS and ENHYPEN, CORTIS is one of the groups to appear on the chart, marking a major achievement about 8 months after their debut.

The song’s daily streams have also continued to rise. “REDRED” recorded around 1.31 million streams on its release day, then increased to 1.58 million, 1.71 million, 1.81 million, and finally passed 2.06 million streams on its fifth day.

The track is also expanding across Spotify’s country charts. It entered 16 regional “Daily Top Songs” charts, including No. 2 in Taiwan, No. 3 in South Korea, and No. 5 in Vietnam.

CORTIS is also performing well in China and South Korea. On QQ Music in China, “REDRED” ranked No. 3 on the “New Songs” chart and No. 17 on the “Rising” chart as of April 25. In South Korea, the track climbed from No. 72 to No. 2 on Apple Music’s “Today’s Top 100: South Korea” chart and also entered Bugs Music’s daily chart at No. 85.

The group’s performance videos are helping increase interest in the song. The “REDRED” conceptual performance film and STUDIO CHOOM video both passed 2 million views on YouTube within 2 days of release. The performance film was also close to reaching 3 million views as of the morning of April 26.

CORTIS’s upcoming mini album GREENGREEN is also drawing strong attention, with Spotify pre-save numbers passing 899,000 as of April 26.

CORTIS will officially release their second mini album GREENGREEN on May 4 at 6 PM KST. On the same day, they will hold the GREENGREEN Release Party in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, where they will perform all 6 songs from the album live for the first time.
