BTS member Jungkook is once again proving his strong global power on Spotify.

His solo debut track “Seven” ranked No. 102 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for February 6 to 12. Even though the song was released in 2023, it continues to show steady popularity, gaining more than 11.36 million streams in just one week.

With this latest ranking, “Seven” has now stayed on the chart for 135 consecutive weeks. This sets a new record as the first and longest charting song by an Asian solo artist in Spotify’s global chart history.

The track has also surpassed 2.793 billion streams on Spotify, becoming the first song by an Asian artist to reach that number and moving closer to the 2.8 billion mark.

Jungkook’s first solo album “GOLDEN” is also continuing its impressive run. The album ranked No. 102 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Albums Global chart for the same tracking period. “GOLDEN” has now charted for 119 consecutive weeks, marking the first and longest chart run for an album by an Asian solo artist.

In addition, “GOLDEN” has surpassed 6.7 billion total streams on Spotify, setting the record for the most streamed full length album by an Asian artist.

Jungkook’s personal Spotify account has also reached 10.4 billion total streams across all credits, making him the fastest Asian artist and the first K pop solo artist to achieve this milestone.

With both “Seven” and “GOLDEN” continuing to rank globally, Jungkook’s long term popularity and streaming power remain stronger than ever.
