BTS Jin is once again proving his worldwide influence as his solo song ‘Don’t Say You Love Me’ was played at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, drawing attention to his strong global presence.

On February 9 (Korean time), Jin’s song was heard at the figure skating venue right after the pair skating free program ended, filling the Olympic arena with his emotional vocals. The moment quickly became a hot topic, highlighting how Jin’s music continues to reach major global stages.

‘Don’t Say You Love Me’ is the title track of Jin’s second solo mini album ‘Echo’, released on May 16.

The song achieved a major milestone by ranking No. 1 on Spotify’s Global chart on May 25, making Jin the first Asian artist in 2025 to top the chart. It also stands as the most streamed K pop song of 2025 on Spotify, confirming its massive popularity.

The song’s global reach has continued across major broadcasts. It previously appeared as background music on France’s Got Talent, while Jin’s solo tracks have consistently been featured at large scale international events.

Jin’s earlier solo single ‘The Astronaut’ was included in the Amazon Web Services Sales Kickoff 23 official playlist as the only Asian solo artist, alongside legendary names such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Queen. In addition, his song ‘I’ll Be There’ was widely played at CES 2025 in Las Vegas through a global campaign featuring Jin as Dolby’s global model.

Jin’s music has also appeared during major sports broadcasts, including an NFL prime time game in the United States, further proving his crossover appeal beyond music charts.

With his song playing at the Olympics and holding top global rankings, BTS Jin continues to show his lasting impact as a global artist whose music resonates worldwide.
