Actress Hyeri honestly shared her inner struggles after taking a temperament and personality test, revealing why she became emotional during the discussion.
On January 9, Hyeri uploaded a new video to her YouTube channel, where she sat down with psychiatrist Lee Gwang Min to talk about her mental and emotional state.
During the conversation, Hyeri admitted, “For about the past three years, I wondered if my personality had changed,” adding that she no longer knows how to answer when asked what she likes or what kind of person she is.

After reviewing the test results, Lee Gwang Min explained that Hyeri shows two sides: the image people see on screen and a more private side.
He said that while she naturally likes people and wants closeness, she is also afraid of getting hurt. “She wants to be with people, but she avoids leaning on them,” he explained.
Hyeri agreed, saying, “I think I do like people.” Lee Gwang Min added that although her temperament enjoys connection, her personality shows low trust in relying on others, likely because she learned that trusting herself felt safer.
He also pointed out that Hyeri tends to push herself to live by her own beliefs rather than depending on others. “She works very hard, but her energy comes from people she can’t rely on,” he said, adding that this is why the people around her are so precious to her. Hearing this, Hyeri broke down in tears.
Lee Gwang Min further expressed concern, saying her energy level is very low and that she is constantly in a tense state.
Hyeri admitted she feels the same, sharing that she struggles to find energy even for simple daily tasks. She also nodded in agreement when told that constantly dealing with people can cause heavy stress, saying quietly, “I’ve been through too many people.”
Hyeri ended by thanking her fans, explaining that she has barely rested over the past one to two years.
She said she was able to endure that time thanks to their support, adding that even when she is physically tired, their love gives her the strength to keep going.
