Actors Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah were immediately hit with premarital pregnancy rumors after announcing their marriage, but their agency confirmed the claims are completely false.
The couple will hold a private wedding on December 20 at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. So far, only the venue has been revealed, and details about the officiant, emcee, or wedding performances have not been confirmed.
Their agency, AM Entertainment, stated on November 20, “Shin Min Ah and actor Kim Woo Bin have promised to be life partners based on the deep trust they built during their long relationship.”
They added, “Their wedding will be held privately with family, relatives, and close friends. We ask everyone to send warm support and blessings to the couple. Both will continue to focus on their acting careers and work hard to repay the love they have received.”
Kim Woo Bin also shared the news on his fan cafe, saying, “I am getting married. I will start a family with the person I have been with for a long time. We hope you will cheer for us so that the path we walk together will be even warmer.”
The couple has been one of Korea’s most famous long-term celebrity pairs, publicly dating for 10 years since 2015. Their wedding announcement received overwhelming congratulations from fans and the public.
The premarital pregnancy rumors began because the wedding was announced just one month before the ceremony, and Shin Min Ah appeared at the Disney+ Original Preview 2025 event in Hong Kong on November 13 wearing a looser dress and appearing slightly fuller than usual.
In response, the agency clarified on November 21, “Premarital pregnancy is absolutely not true.”
Currently, Shin Min Ah has finished filming the Disney+ Original drama The Remarried Empress and is reviewing her next project.
Kim Woo Bin, who is active on the tvN variety show GBRB: Joy Pops Laugh Pops, is considering starring in the upcoming tvN drama Gift.
