
Actor Kim Byung Chul surprised everyone with his honest talk about marriage on SBS’s My Little Old Boy.
The 51-year-old actor, known for his serious and intense roles, showed a completely different side of himself by revealing how much he truly wants to settle down.
During the recording, Kim Byung Chul shared that he’s often misunderstood as being married — even by fellow actors.
“People around me think I’m already married,” he said, laughing. However, he made it clear that he’s still single and ready for love.

Kim Byung Chul then shocked the studio when he said, “Even if I win the top award at the Academy Awards or the Palme d’Or at Cannes, I’d still choose to marry my ideal type.”
His bold and sincere answer instantly caught everyone’s attention, showing how much he values marriage over fame.
MC Shin Dong Yup even offered to secretly help him with his search for love, sparking curiosity about what kind of plan he has in mind.
The actor also revealed that he’s willing to do anything to impress someone on a blind date — even showing off his talent.

Kim Byung Chul later brought more laughter when he danced to Soda Pop, the OST from the popular animation Kpop Demon Hunters.
