Dating rumors surrounding Kim Yoo Jung and Kim Do Hoon quickly came to an end after both sides clarified the situation.
On September 20, Kim Do Hoon’s agency Peak J Entertainment told Newsen, “After finishing the filming of 'Dear X', Kim Do Hoon went on a group trip."
They added, "Although only the two of them appeared in the photo, the actors and director were also there together.” The agency firmly denied the rumors.
The rumors began when online communities shared photos of Kim Yoo Jung and Kim Do Hoon spotted together at a Vietnam airport in May, along with pictures from Nha Trang, raising speculation that the two were dating.
However, it has now been explained as just a coincidence from their team trip. The two actors recently wrapped up filming for the TVING original Dear X, which will premiere on November 6.
The drama tells the story of Baek Ah Jin (Kim Yoo Jung), a woman who wears a mask to rise to the top, and the lives of the “X” people who are destroyed along the way.
