BLACKPINK member Jennie has done it again — turning a simple T-shirt into a must-have item for fans everywhere.
On August 9, Jennie shared a series of photos on Instagram with the caption, “Jennie’s Paris travel diary.”
In the pictures, she looked effortlessly stylish while enjoying her time in Paris, wearing a long-sleeve T-shirt that quickly became the talk of the internet.
The shirt features the bold words, “Did you get shot in the head? My dad is a good shooter. Kkabujimara” — with “Kkabujimara” meaning “Don’t mess with me” in Korean.
The unique detail? The Korean word is written in Roman letters, giving it an extra standout look.
The T-shirt comes from a Korean casual brand and usually sells for about 50,000 won, but is currently priced at 35,000 won (around $26 USD) on online fashion sites.
After Jennie’s photos went public, demand skyrocketed. On major fashion platforms like Musinsa and W Concept, the shirt sold out so fast that it’s now only available via pre-order. Yet again, this proves the unstoppable power of the “Jennie effect.”
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is in the middle of their world tour and will be performing at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium on August 15 and 16.
